4.       Providing your personal data to others

4.1    We may disclose your personal data to our insurers and/or professional advisers insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes of obtaining or maintaining insurance

4.2    We may disclose your enquiry data, and/or transaction data to our suppliers and or couriers insofar as reasonably necessary for the performance of a contract between you
         and us and/or taking steps, at your request, to enter into such a contract.  Our suppliers and couriers are UK based.

4.3    Financial transactions relating to our website and services are handled by our payment services providers, PayPal. We will share transaction data with our payment 
         services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating

4.5    We will only disclose your enquiry data to a selected third party supplier of goods and services after discussion with yourself and having received your authority to do so for

6.2    Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.

6.3    We will retain your personal data as follows:

        (a)    Usage data server log data is retained for a period of 30 days by our third party web-designers and hosting company.
        (b)    Transaction Data is retained for six years following the end of year of the completed transaction to comply with the legal requirements set by HMRC.
        (c)    Enquiry Data and Correspondence Data is retained as set in (b) above if resulting in Transaction Data.  Alternatively the period is a minimum of thirty days and
                maximum of thirty-six months.

6.4    In some cases it is not possible for us to specify in advance the periods for which your personal data will be retained. In such cases, we will determine the period of
         retention based on the following criteria:
 
        (a)    If there is a legal requirement for the data to be retained.
        (b)    Whether it is necessary to continue to retain this data i.e. to complete an existing, ongoing contract or for referral to past and previous contracts for the assistance to 
                you/us in future contracts.
       (c)    If your consent remains in place.
      (d)    Any reason previously mentioned in this Privacy Policy but not limited to this Privacy Policy i.e. should an Organisation, Legal Body, Government Department or
              Individual present a case relating to the retention of an individuals data for legal purposes.

6.5    Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 6, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which
         we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
