King’s Chandeliers Services Ltd was formed from the belief that clientele deserve a high standard of service beginning with the initial
enquiry to completion of the contract, with full after service as required.
Andrew King has built the Company based on these standards and our Chandelier Technicians are fully vetted, attend site in full company uniform complete with
company identification.
Included in our quotation are recommendations and details explaining how the contract will be undertaken. Quotations, where possible will include photographs
with photographs also being taken on completion. Customers will also be asked to inspect and sign the approval forms on completion.
Whilst quotations are normally undertaken between the times of 9.00 a.m. and 3 p.m. weekdays we appreciate that this is not always convenient to the client and
therefore we are also able to undertake quotations on Saturdays during the same intervals.
When booking appointments every effort will be made to arrange the time but we would request allowances for traffic. If unexpected delays are encountered we
will contact you by telephone to advise the delay to minimise inconvenience.
